He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Plaisance and Nolina Pellegrin Plaisance; and his sister Marlene Lutz. He is survived by: his daughter Lindsey Parks; his grandson Landon Parks; and his siblings, Bobby Plaisance, Kathy Doucet (Dayton), Linda Hogue (Frank) and Debbie Duet (Parrison).
