He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Cantrelle Allemand; his children, Joseph Allemand and Mary Worley; his great grandchildren, Sabastian Sultan and Malia Dufrene; his parents, Abel Allemand and Viola Allemand; and his siblings, John, Norris, Morris, Harry Allemand, Velma Babin and Shirley Ledet.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Allemand (Rose Ann), Kevin Allemand (Carol), Mark Allemand (Allison Fullilove), Elaine Dufrene (Michael), Marion Allemand, Brenda Fitzpatrick (Kevin), Bridget Bailleaux (Ron) and Nancy Hebert (Emile Jr.); and his siblings, Anthony "Lou" Allemand and Thelma Chouest. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
