Josiah "Joey' Bullock Jr., 56, a native of New Orleans and resident of Larose, passed away on August 12, 2018. Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 10am to 11am, with the Memorial Service to start at 11am, at Grace Lutheran Church in Houma. A private burial will be held at a later date in Bullock Cemetery in Mississippi. He is survived by his son, Josiah O. Bulluck III and wife Chelsea; granddaughter, Sherrille Bullock; father, Josiah O. Bullock Sr.; step father, Frederick Gerken; sister, Connie Bordelon and husband Jesse; nieces and nephews, Shannon (Claude) Greene, Tina (Brian) Zoerner, Brad (Kasey) Bullock, Jesse Bordelon, and Brandon Bordelon. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joelle Montz Gerken; brothers, Randy Bullock and Stanley Bullock; sister n law, Charlene Bullock. Joey was a retired able seaman from Laborde Marine and he held a USCG captain's license. He was also a member of the Boneyard Kreepers Car Club in Larose. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Grace Lutheran Church or Troop C Grant-A-Wish.
