She was predeceased by: her former husband Lawrence Barrilleaux Jr.; her grandson Scotty Duet; her parents, Nocess Lafont and Eva Cheramie; and her siblings, Adam Lafont, Janet Borne and Joyce Danos.
She is survived by: her husband Clemire Dardar; her children, Michael Barrilleaux, Cheryl Granello (Gary), Mary Arceneaux (Thomas) and Peter Barrilleaux; her stepchildren, Jerry Dardar (Melissa), Clyde Dardar (Gwen), Virginia Zaraga (Jesus) and Clayton Dardar; her grandchildren, John (Lupita), Nicholas Granello, Eric Barrilleaux (Jill), Kassi Picou (Brian), Hali Dardar, Jessica Aiken (Colin), Jacquelyn Kennedy (Nick), Jonathan Zaraga and Emily Shelley (Bradley); her great grandchildren, Brittlyn Orgeron, Michaela, Helen, John Paul, Gabriella Granello, Kate, Ella Barrilleaux, Amelia, Oliver, Eleanor Picou, Claire, Drake Shelley and Eloise Aiken; her great great grandchildren, Kenzie Lee and Jax Orgeron; and her siblings, Herbet Lafont (Peggy), Ophelia Lafont, Mae Marlborough (Brian) and Joe Lafont.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in the name of Helen Barrilleaux Dardar to Holy Rosary Catholic School.
