We bid farewell to Doris Danos Duarte of Larose, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 21, 2025 at the age of 88. Doris Danos touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Lawrence Boudreaux, Raymond Guidroz Sr., Leslie Waits and Robert Duarte; her parents, Alindore Danos and Lydia Ledet Danos; her sister Theresa Mayeaux; her grandson Kenneth Boudreaux Jr.; and her great grandchild Caleb Boudreaux.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Boudreaux Sr. (Robin), Raymond Guidroz Jr. (Annie), Ramona Plaisance (late AJ), Karen Cedotal (Don) and Susan Blanchard (Jade). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Rosary (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
