It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doralee Thomassie (Larose, Louisiana), born in Miami, Arizona, who passed away on March 16, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Thomassie, Sr.; her son Philip Thomassie, Jr.; and her parents, Cecelia M. Hattaway and Alvin Hattaway. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Thomassie, Vicki T. Danos (Gillis) and Sharon Thomassie; her grandchildren, Alisha, Tyler, Ian and Katie; her great grandchildren, Austin, Tommy and Pippa; and her siblings, James Hattaway, Carl Waggoner, Donna Slade and Peggy Wilson.
