He is survived by: his wife Juanita Lirette Theriot; his children, Michael, Donald Jr., Johnny, Jody, Scott, Jerome Theriot and Ann Luent; and his sisters, Lilly Dufrene, Patsy Hornbostel and Loretta Welch. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
