He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Galiano DeFelice; his parents, John DeFelice, Sr. and Euphrasie Guidroz DeFelice; his brothers, Johnny DeFelice (Jennie), Raymond DeFelice (Vivian) and Stephen DeFelice; and his brother-in-law Jim Sanguinetti.
He is survived by: his children, Miriam Adams (Keith), Ken DeFelice and Todd DeFelice (Paulette); his sister Claudette Sanguinetti; his grandchildren, Nicholas Dobson (Tara), Tracy Shipp (Kelly), Travis Dobson (Scarlet), Michael DeFelice (Mignon), Steven DeFelice (Caroline), Chris DeFelice, Hobie DeFelice (Megan) and Briana DeFelice (Chaz); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Olivia, Ellie, Emerie, Luke, Jalen, Julien and Jolie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Holy Rosary Cemetery (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373).
