She was predeceased by: her sister Patsy Guidry Quatrevingt; her parents, Antoine Guidry and Louise Guidry; her parents-in-law, Edward (Edize) and Flavia Ougel; her brothers, Jake Guidry, Sr., Phillip Guidry and Carroll Guidry; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy Guidry, Loretta Guidry, Connie Ougel, Ethel Ougel, Edward Ougel Jr., Kim Rouse and Chester Cheramie.
She is survived by: her children, Nikki Ougel, Kristy Pervan Cantrelle (Clint Hurst) and Bart (Tara); her brother Jessie Guidry; her siblings-in-law, Debbie Guidry, Judy Naquin (Sonny), Patsy Guidry (Keith), Nanette Arabie (Rusty), Niena Matherne (Perry), Melanie Ougel, Mavis Cheramie, Melvin Ougel, Bobby Ougel (Ethelyn) and Brent Ougel; and her grandchildren, Blake (Angelle), Blaine, Brock Ougel, Kade and Klaire Cantrelle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Church (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Rosary Cemetery (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373).
