It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Chouest Adams of Larose, Louisiana, born in Golden Meadow, Louisiana, who passed away on July 8, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Earl J. Adams; her son Karl Adams (Pete); her grandsons, Chad J. Adams and Paul J. Adams; her parents, Benton A. Chouest, Sr. and Floridia Cheramie Chouest; and her siblings, Benton A. Chouest, Jr., Errol Chouest, Sadie Chouest Cheramie, Dolores Chouest Leger, Anna Belle Chouest Kyle and Earline Chouest Baier.
She is survived by: her son Lefty J. Adams; her grandchildren, Pete M. Adams, Sheena Adams Bonnadonna, Guy J. Adams, Rhett J. Adams and John Lee; and her brothers, Carrol and Leonard Chouest. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
