She was predeceased by: her husband Irvin "Crip" Trosclair; her parents, Herbert Plaisance and Flossie Plaisance; and her brothers, Camille Plaisance, Herbert "Plut" Plaisance, Lester "Parrin" Plaisance and Ivy "Boogalee" Plaisance.
She is survived by: her son Sterling Trosclair; her grandchildren, Scotty Trosclair (Maggie), Kayra Trosclair and Adam Trosclair; and her sisters, Catherine Leblanc (Joe) and Aline Dufrene (Jackie). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
