He was predeceased by: his wife Idola F. Billiott; his parents, Alex Billiott and Adoriena Billiott; his son-in-law Zyrone Richardelle; and his sisters, Doris Bychurch, Theresa Legendre, Dorothy Billiott and Ceile Billiott.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Boudreaux (Larry), Debra Richardelle (Steve Rodrigue) and Vickie Gisclair (Regan); his stepsons, Lawrence Plaisance (Prudy) and Freddie Plaisance (Sheila); and his siblings, Mark Billiott, Marion Drew, Gloria Pepitone and Nancy Hursey. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
