He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Daleshia Godchaux (Damien Sr.), Kenisha Ross (James Lawson), Avery Ross, Chris Ross Jr. and Jameel Ross; and his caregivers, Kim Doughty, Angela Thomas, Rachel Steward and Janet Walker.
