She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Banks, Sr.; her parents, Joe, Sr. Lewis and Augustine Stewart Lewis; and her brother Joe Lewis, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Alfred, Jr., Terry (Debra) and Tracy Banks (Muriel); and her siblings, Tibotha Jackson, Camille Duplessis, Gus, Tom and Ricky, Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
