He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Moody and Pauline Acosta Moody; and his sisters, Pamela Dufrene and Gina Oubre. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Oubre Moody; his children, Michelle Moody Seymour, Samuel Gray Moody, Jr. and Stephanie Moody; his grandson Ethan Seymour; and his brother Thomas C. Moody, Jr. (Lorraine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
