It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olympe Brady Smith of Laplace, Louisiana, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Ronald; her husband James Smith; her parents, Hypolite Blank and Blanche Blank; and her siblings, Lelia Robertson, Bernard Blank, Marie Loupe, Ferrell Blank, Emelie Eliser and Hypolite Blank.
She is survived by: her daughter Kellie B. Badeaux (Troy); her grandchildren, Amanda Brown (Brandon) and Austin Forsythe; her stepgrandchildren, Kristi Perilloux (Brian), Scott Smith, Amanda Dottolo (Duffy) and Brandy McGovern (Chris); her great grandchildren, Shelby, Brady Brown, Jaxon, Jake Terrio, Camryn, Kyleigh, Avery McGovern, Ashton, Adalee and Lucas Dottolo; her stepdaughter-in-law Carla Smith; and also, Dena Gendron, Lindy Lebouef and Ida Brown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
