He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Eliser Cicet and Edmund Cicet; and his brother Charles Cicet. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Matherne Cicet; his sons, Joseph Cicet, Kevin Cicet (Renee) and David Cicet, Sr.; his grandchildren, Dalton Cicet, David Cicet, Jr., Hailey Cicet, Christopher Cicet and Mia Cicet; and his siblings, Ann Vicknair, Mary Cortez, Daniel Cicet, Doris Perrot, Clarence Eliser and Donald Eliser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
