He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Airhart and Wallace Sicard; his son Harold Lloyd Sicard, Jr; his siblings, Wallace "Buddy" Sicard and Yvonne Sicard Madere; and his stepbrother Donnie Tregre.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Jones Sicard; his daughters, Connie Sicard Spencer (Fritz) and Karen Sicard of Baton Rouge; his grandchildren, Fritz L Spencer IV of Huntsville, TX, Fielding L Spencer (Kaci) of Livingston, TX and Megan Spencer Drake (Jeremy) of Nacogdoches, TX; his great grandchildren, Porter Spencer, Paisley Spencer, Kaiden Spencer, Abby Spencer, Gavin Spencer, Averly Drake, Ryder Drake, Barrett Drake and Carson Drake; his sisters, Evelyn Sicard Champagne and Shirley Sicard Fleniken (Sheldon); and his stepbrothers, Billy Tregre and Tommie Tregre.
