He was predeceased by: his parents, Aline Lorio Gaubert and Irby Gaubert, Sr.; his stepmother AnnaBelle Gaubert; and his siblings, Irby Gaubert, Jr., Randall Gaubert and Karen Gaubert.
He is survived by: his sons, Darrin Gaubert and Derrick Gaubert (Brittany); his grandchildren, Lexi, Caroline, Maci, Ava and Kate Gaubert; his sister-in-law Dawn Gaubert; his stepsisters, Cheryl Delaune (Manual), Carol Oubre and Patricia Schexnaydre (Danny); and his nieces and nephews, Eddie and Ricky Gaubert.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Memorial Gardens Cemetery (2205 W Airline Hwy, Laplace, LA 70068).
