She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen and Audrey Allen; her siblings, Jolene Edgerson, Eunice Logan and Thelbert McGee, Sr.; and her great grandchild Edward Leonard, IV.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Leonard, Jr. (Jouna), Jimmy Leonard (Thaedra) and Audrell Dumas; her husband Edward Leonard, Sr.; her grandchildren, Johnae Prout (Shawn), Edward Leornard III, Darrius Tyree Davis, Darryelle Davis, Chelsie Stewart, Taylor Washington, Ziya Dumas and Zane Dumas; her great grandchildren, Davonte Duhe, Jr., Legaci Duhe, Jalaiyah Leonard, Jayden Prout, Ja'Khi Prout, Timleigh Allen and Denver Washington; her siblings, Abergail Bowman, Kareem Knoten, Larry and James Vernon Knoten; and her close friends, Patrica Lewis and Sherry Vicknair. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hopeful Triumph Baptist Church (38584 LA-22, Darrow, LA 70725). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Hopeful Triumph Cemetery.
