She was predeceased by: her parents, Isiah, Jr. Franklin and Alberta Johnson Franklin; and her brothers, Louis Davis, Jr., Joel F. Stemley and Michael Franklin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Alberta C. Taylor, Stacey (Maxie) and Bridget Franklin; and her siblings-in-law, Frank Stemley, Jr., Ernest Taylor and IdaBell Davis. She is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
