He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Charles and Elizabeth Arceneaux Spotville; and his brother Kenneth Charles Spotville (Lea). He is survived by: his child Carissa Varise Carter; his grandchild Christoper Williams (Vanessa Carter-Green); and his siblings, Elizabeth Marie Tannis (Brian), Steven Ray Arceneaux (Kim), Rodney Deon Arceneaux (Kitty) and Desiree Monique Arceneaux Lemons (Randy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Beuna Vista Baptist Church (10633 LA-18, St James, LA 70086).
