She was predeceased by: her husband John Shelby Martin, Jr.; her daughter Mary Lynn Martin; her parents, Freducie Schexnayder and Leila Schexnayder; and her sister Marie Schexnayder.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Martin Louque (late Nathan), Linda Marie Martin, Cynthia Martin Bowman (late Kevin) and Kim Martin LaBranche (Jamie); her grandchildren, Nicholas Louque (Tiffany), Natalie Chabaud (Jason), Jamey Lynn Trosclair (Josh), Shelbi Zeringue (Timmy), Matthew Paul LaBranche and Sarah Elizabeth Bowman; her great grandchildren, Brayden Louque, Chloe Scott, Micah Scott, Emma Chabaud, Joshua Trosclair, Jackson Trosclair, Joseph Trosclair, Baby Zeringue and Emsley Chabaud; and her siblings, Eleanor Hoffman, Sophie Schexnayder Stein Hotard, Theresa Triche Tanguis, Leilia Boe Kelly and Joseph Paul Schexnayder (Antionette). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
