He is survived by: his wife Zina Daigs Royal; his son Alfred Royal, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jurnee Campbell and Kaiden Warren; his mother Lulu Royal; and his siblings, Juanita Royal of Charleston, SC, Virginia Jackson of Kenner, LA, Christine Wilson of Baton Rouge, LA, Lisa Royal and Derrick Royal of LaPlace, LA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fifth African Baptist Church (174 Fourth St, St Rose, LA 70087). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (11316 River Rd, St Rose, LA 70087).
