He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Boudreaux; his parents, Edmay Boudreaux and Evelyn Bueche Boudreaux; his siblings, Alvin, Donald, Clougest and Lester Boudreaux; and his son-in-law Todd Sproles.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Henderson (Michelle), Chad Boudreaux and Shonda B. Mougeot (Lou); his daughter-in-law Patricia C. Boudreaux; his grandchildren, Wyatt Sproles, Morgan Boudreaux, McKenzie Boudreaux, Hunter Henderson, Brenna LeCoq (Zach), Kelsey K. Weed (Matt) and Colton Kannon; his great grandchildren, Kade, Kaleb and Kody LeCoq; and his brothers, Bobby Boudreaux (Sandra) and Kenneth Boudreaux (Judy).
