He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lewis Holt and Florence Louise Holt; and his brothers, John Lewis Holt, James Westbrook Holt and William Travis Holt.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Thames Holt; his daughter Kathleen Holt Martin; his son-in-law Neil Martin; his sons, Robert B. "Bo" Holt, II and Timothy Kiley Holt; his daughter-in-law Sarah Fortenberry Holt; his grandchildren, Holt Daniel Martin, Anna Caroline Martin, Jack Quitman Martin, Robert B. "Max" Holt, III, Scarlett Mae Holt, Patrick Miller Holt, Davis Thames Holt and Clint Lewis Holt; and his sister Evelyn Claire Holt of Baton Rouge. He is also survived by friends, his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, and his beloved wife.
