He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae Dugano and Roosevelt Dugano, Sr.; and his brother James Edward Dugano of Seattle, Washington.. He is survived by: his siblings, Rosie Harvey McDaniel, Georgia Dugano, Clara Dugano (Micheal Haley), Mary Ann Dugano King (Eric Hawkins) of Lake Providence, Gertilee Dugano Lee of Monroe, Curtis Dugano, Roosevelt Dugano, Jr. of Tallulah and Robert Dugano of Lake Providence. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
