He is survived by: his mother Helen Fortenberry (Dunn) of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his son Matt; his daughter-in-law Lisa Fortenberry of Lake Providence; his children, Courtney Moberley (Fortenberry) of Tallulah, Louisiana and Ben; his daughter-in-law Angie Fortenberry of Lake Providence; his grandchildren, Megan Spires (George) of Mer Rouge, Louisiana, Madden Fortenberry of Lake Providence, Crews Fortenberry of Lake Providence, Duke Fortenberry of Lake Providence, Julia Moberley of Tallulah, Louisiana and Luke Moberley of Tallulah; and his siblings, Billy Max (Mary Fortenberry) of Lake Providence and Cheryl Kay Mock of Lake Providence.
