It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Elaine Clark Fortenberry (Lake Providence, Louisiana), who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Quitman Fortenberry; her parents, Mamie Patrick Clark White and Henry Ed Clark; her daughters, Geneva Fortenberry Martin Odom and Judy Ann Fortenberry Smith; her grandchildren, Sheila Martin Harris (Billy), Lisa Martin McGee (Jeff), Neil Martin (Kathleen) and Paige Smith Murray (Jack); her great grandchildren, Megan Harris Howard, Will Harris, Caitlin Dennis Copes, Matt Dennis, Britni Simpson, Colt Simpson, Holt Martin, Caroline Martin and Jack Martin; and her great great grandchildren, Hardy Howard, Harris Ann Howard and Bill Harris.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Melbourne Baptist Church.
