He is survived by: his children, Courtney, Shirley Lyons of Lake Providence, LA, Nakita, Kawana and Charles Mitchell of Chicago, Ill; and his siblings, Carol, Martha Wines of Chicago, Celia Wines, Loy Wiggins of Sondheimer, LA and Gussie Wines of Lake Providence, LA. He is also survived by four nephews; cousins, grandchildren, and friends, and a special niece.
