He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Pearson (Froman); his parents, Edward Valentine Pearson and Birttie Gertrude Pearson (Williams); his close friend Margaret Herrington (Favors); his sons, David Herrington and Gary Herrington; and his siblings, Cordell Pearson, Odell Pearson, Ray Pearson, Jerry Pearson, Helen Allen and Dorothy Austin.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheri Lynne Pearson of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his sister Martha Price of Transylvania, Louisiana; his children, Karen, Pat Kennedy of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Michael; his daughters-in-law, Becky Herrington of Leesburg, Virginia and Darline Herrington of Town Creek, Alabama; and his grandchild Sassy. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
