It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jane (Lake Providence, Louisiana), born in Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on January 26, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Dempsy Toney and Joan Nell Olbert Toney; and her brothers, Gary Toney and John Hurst. She is survived by: her daughters, Mindy Brown of Lake Providence, Chelsea Brown (Phillip Stilwell) of Lake Providence and Gabrielle Brown of Lake Providence, Louisiana; her granddaughter Myleigh Stilwell of Lake Providence, Louisiana; her sister Cathy Toney of Lake Providence, Louisiana; her nephew Creg Toney of Lake Providence, Louisiana; her nieces, Carrie Hurst and Terrie Hurst; her sister-in-law Dianne Hurst; her cousin Angela Williams; and her sons-in-law, Drew Cagnolatti and Chris Neal.
