He is survived by: his wife Kim Duplichan Trahan; his daughter Alisha Trahan; his grandchildren, Claire Gondron, Drake Broussard and Jeren Broussard; and his caregiver Elliot Reeves. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and a host nieces and nephews.
