She is survived by: her parents, Lucille Mancuso and John Mancuso; her husband Robert Self; her child Robert Kent Self; her sister Theresa Willett; her daughter Tammy Garbarino; her grandchildren, Stuart Self (Kevyn) and Amy Garbarino Scalisi (Chris); her great grandchildren, Brian Nicholas Snider and Addison Jo Scalisi; her brother-in-law John Mark Self; her nephew Michael Willett (Ginger); and her niece Debbie Willett Hall. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Margaret Catholic School Turst Fund or the Jo Self Library, St. Margaret School, St. Jude Childrens Hospital or the charity of choice.
