As Vernon departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Vernon may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Vernon leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Larry Boudreaux. He is survived by: his mother Ester Boudreaux; and his siblings, Boud Boudreaux (Julie) and Connie Kennedy (Bobby). He is also survived by her family.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
