He is survived by: his wife Muriel Johnson Hendrix; his daughters, Heather Hendrix and Brandy Smith (Harvis); his grandchildren, Grayson, Zachary and Elizabeth Grace; his siblings, Debby Galloway (August), Darcy Turner, Shirley Hendrix, Cynthia Simmons, Larry Gramps (Linda) and Danny Turner; his brothers-in-law, Randy Schnabel and Larry Stout; and his foster-mother Thelma Turner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
