He was predeceased by: his parents, Moise Meche and Ella Thibodeaux Meche. He is survived by: his wife Gerda Meche; and his children, Kathy Wilson (Bruce), Richard Meche (Jan), Lisa Mancil (Richard) and Alma Fisher (Ken). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
