He is survived by: his daughters, Ella Jourdan (Preston), Della Bell and Rebecca Andrews (Wilbert); and his sisters, Gilda Boyd (Kenneth), Linda Sledge (Eugene), Frances Epps (Vincent), Shirley Temple DeClouette, Mary Galatas (Herman) and Jacqueline Pappion (Wilbert). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
