We bid farewell to Susie Jenkins of Lake Charles, Louisiana, born in Iowa, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 19, 2024 at the age of 77. Susie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Susie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Susie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Stevens and Geneva Early Stevens; her sons, Mark and Leo Antoine; and her brothers, Frank and Ray Stevens.
She is survived by: her daughter Lozenia Robinson; and her brother Dominick Stevens. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
