In loving memory of Susan L. Skipper of Lake Charles, Louisiana, who departed this world on April 12, 2025 at the age of 71. Susan leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Joseph LaMontagne and Lucy Ann Alleman LaMontagne. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hungerford; her son Robert Skipper; her stepchildren, Jessica Dupin, Jason Hungerford, Richie Hungerford (Sheila) and Shane Hungerford (Jessica); her grandson Joshua Dupin; and her siblings, Janet White (Dan), Paul Lamontagne and Leo Lamontagne Jr.. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Prien Memorial Park (2220 Country Club Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70605).
