It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sondra Gay Bentley (Lake Charles, Louisiana), who passed away on October 8, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Delmar "Dale" Bentley; her parents, Everett Leo Lanier and Jessie Allen Lanier Sattler; and her stepfather Lubert "Lou" Sattler. She is survived by: her son Mark (Erin Marcantel Bentley); her granddaughters, Charis, Blythe and Amelie Bentley; and her sister Kathi Rye. She is also survived by several nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to an animal rescue foundation or charity of one's choice.
