She is survived by: her children, Renee Carter Roberts, Tina Carter Landry (Jason), Twaner Edmond, Kall Ray Carter Sr., Murphy Dejean and Kenneth Chalk; and her siblings, Nancy Carter, Wilford Carter Sr. of Eddie Carter, D. W, Terry Jackson, Tyrone Jackson and Darrell Dumont. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
