She was predeceased by: her daughter Lisa Lynn Harris; her parents, Austin Fontenot and O'Delia Fontenot; and her siblings, Clarence Fontenot, Lavina Kowarsch, Helen Cuvillier, Barbara O'Quain, Ina Fredericks and Murphy Porrie.
She is survived by: her husband Fred C. Harris; her children, Dean Allan Harris (Pam Harris) and Bryan Lee Harris (Krisleigh McAnulty); her grandchildren, Audrey Harris, Grant Harris, James Harris, Marcus Harris, Nicole Woodruff, Stephen Winkles, Stephanie McFarland and Jolie Breaux; and her great grandchildren, Aston Harris, Axel Harris, Cambreigh Woodruff, Sawyer Woodruff, Charles McFarland, Austyn McFarland, Grayson McFarland, Remi Winkles and Finley Winkles. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
