He was predeceased by: his father Junius Jones; and his brothers, Irvin Jones and Ned Jones Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Orphey Payne; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Jones, Sandra Francis (Mark), Denise Marie Jones, Saprina Payne (Alfred) and Kenneth Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (1801 Moeling St, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
