He is survived by: his wife Sarah Miller; his mother Yvonne Miller; his sons, Jacob Miller, Dustin Fowler and Derick Fowler; his daughter-in-law Ashly Fowler; his brother Robert Miller; his siblings-in-law, Rose Miller, Debbie Schafer and Jerry Schafer; and his granddaughters, Madison Roby, Rebecca Fowler and Kaylee Fowler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
