He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Charlie Schexnayder Sr. (Mary June) and Ruby Lockett Frank (Willie Lee); his son Robert Schexnayder III; his siblings, Marguerite, Karen Schexnayder, Henry Green Jr. and Victor Green; and his grandparents, Raphiel, Elizabeth Brooks Schexnayder, Leroy, Sarah Lockett, Christopher Frank and Mary Ware.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Savoy Schexnayder; his son Stephen Schexnayder Sr. (Lakeisha); his siblings, Sharon Schexnayder Dunbar (Howard), Winnifred Schexnayder Villery (Raymond), Diana Carter, Alfreida Bell (James), Isabel Briscoe, Rochelle Green, Elmo (Sarah), Michael, Curtis, Oscar (Altha), Robbie and Bobbie Green (Sandra); his grandchildren, Delisha Castille, Saniya Schexnayder, Stephen Schexnayder Jr., MaKenzie L. Schexnayder, Ja'Maire Cormier, Chanti Joseph and Amelia Joseph; his siblings-in-law, Claudia, Shawndell Savoy, Patrick, Stanley Savoy and Cornell Chenier; and his aunts and uncles, Shirley Labbe, Faye, Clarence, Kenneth Lockett, Catherine Titsworth, Barbara Jane Henson (Eddie), Loymon Batiste (Mary Louise), Raymond Batiste (Irma Jean) and Alvin Batiste (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christian Baptist Church (202 N Franklin St, Lake Charles, LA 70601).
