He was predeceased by: his former wife Debra Ann O'Quain; his parents, Jarson O'Quain, and Jeanette LeBlanc O'Quain, Jr.; his uncle Gerald LeBlanc; and his in-laws, George and Anna Mae Fruge.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley DeriseO'Quain; his sons, Richard O'Quain (Joseph) and Jarson O'Quain; his granddaughter Latisha Hamlett (Bryan); his siblings, Dicky O'Quain, Timothy O'Quain, David O'Quain and Susan Crater; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Parker, Laura Comeaux and Brenda O'Quain. He is also survived by three grandchildren, four step-grandchildren.
