She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sargent and Alice Sargent; and her son John Carlberg. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Louviere (Jody), Kevin Carlberg (Rebecca) and Allison Mott (Alvin); her grandchildren, Bethany, Logan, Jay and EJ; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Josephine; and her sisters, Dorothy Terrell and Emma Sargent.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
