It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mike Palmer (Lake Charles, Louisiana), born in Wellsville, New York, who passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Palmer and Esther Palmer-Jones; and his brothers, John Jr. Palmer (Skip) and James Palmer (Nick). He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughters, Shani Robinson (Will) and Kristin Sykes (Jason); his grandchildren, Keavy and Callen; his brother Scott Palmer (Sally); his sister-in-law Colleen Palmer; his cousin Barbie; and his great-aunt Mim. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the VFW Post 2130 (5676 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605).
