Michael Lee Soileau Jr. Obituary
Mikey Michael Lee Soileau Jr. was the eldest of three children born to Pammy Lonidier Bergeron, the only born to Michael Lee Soileau Sr. and the first grandchild to Jackie Celestine & Lannis Soileau. He was born February 6, 1990 in Lake Charles, LA. Southwest Louisiana has always been his home, being raised in a large family instilled many things; it taught him kindness, selflessness, and above all the importance of strength in family. The simpler things in life are what he enjoyed, if he was not with his family, he enjoyed playing video games with his best friend and cousin J.P. on his Playstation or computer.
In his down time he was teaching himself how to code and operate the Linux computer system. He had a love of anime, he was also an exceptional artist, often doodling to give to family and friends. He drew inspiration from those around him, whether family or the many autobiographies he would read, John Lennon being one example, he found strength in knowing their struggles were conquered, so that he could too. Life brings everyone trials and tribulations; it's how you handle them that defines you. Mikey recently said his engagement and his children gave him everything he wanted in life.
He was proud of the future he was building for himself and family. He will best be remembered as a man who found value in the intangible things, its better to give than receive, live life without regret, and never miss an opportunity to tell someone you love them. He was welcomed into Heaven, Thursday, December 22, 2022 by a maternal grandmother, Gloria Lonidier and a paternal grandfather, James "Tiny" Celestine, who affectionately called him "Peanut Head".
